Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Meetings

Once per year, the BID convenes the Annual Meeting to conduct official business (normally, election of Directors for the Board of Directors, presentation of BID financials and an update from BID staff on activities undertaken in the past year.)

This year’s Annual Meeting will take place at the New York Power Authority (NYPA) in the Jaguar room at 123 Main Street. Doors open at 8:15. If you are a downtown business or property owner in the Business Improvement District, we hope you will attend to network and learn more about our services, outcomes and impact. Can’t make it in person? We will livestream the event via our facebook account (White Plains BID) and post minutes and our slideshow here after the event.

The Downtown White Plains BID’s Board of Directors meets every other month in a convenient location in downtown White Plains. The meetings are typically at 8:30 a.m. the second or third Wednesday of the month. Please notify Jennifer Furioli if you would like to attend a meeting (jenn@wpbid.com).
