Bring your Lederhosen and Dirndls and join thousands of residents and visitors in the heart of Downtown White Plains and Westchester County as we celebrate the return of White Plains OktoberFest. Enjoy German festivities, a variety of beers, seasonal food, and live music from an authentic Oompah band, Melina & the Oompahs. There will be fun competitions, games, and family activities. Come join us and sing along to “Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit!”

Step into our brand-new Oktoberfest Alpine Village, the perfect spot for families to celebrate together. This exciting expansion of Oktoberfest is designed especially with kids and parents in mind, creating a fun and welcoming space for all ages.
For the first time ever, Oktoberfest is expanding beyond East Post Road into the next block on Quarropas Street—making room for even more activities.
Enjoy lively performances, free kids’ crafts, and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. Visitors can also explore local vendors, play a round of mini golf, dance along with a dedicated DJ, and of course, savor delicious food throughout the day.
The Alpine Village is all about making memories—safe, festive, and filled with activities that will bring smiles to every generation. Come experience Oktoberfest in a way the whole family will love!

Why do I need a wristband to attend Oktoberfest?
Everyone who intends to purchase and consume alcohol under the tent must purchase a wristband beforehand. You can not transport alcohol from bars in to the festival or vice versa. If you wish to drink under the tent, you must purchase a wristband. All purchases under the tent are cash only and on-site wristband purchases are card only.
Will there be an age restriction for purchasing and wearing wristbands?
Yes, you must be 21 or older to purchase a wristband; proof of age (valid state ID) will be required for EVERYONE getting a wristband. No refunds will be issued for pre-purchased wristbands if no proper identification is provided.
How much do wristbands cost, and where can I purchase them in advance?
Wristbands are $11 online before the event.
Wristbands will increase to $15 on the day of the event. Secure your spot and pay less: pre-purchase your wristband today!
Can I purchase wristbands on the day of the event?
Yes, you can buy wristbands the day of the event for $15. Wristbands can be purchased at the check in tents on Mamaroneck Ave/E. Post Rd and Mamaroneck Ave/Maple Ave. Wristbands can only be purchase with a credit/debit card. No Cash.
What are the benefits of purchasing a wristband in advance?
You will buy the wristband at a reduced price.
Can I get a refund for my wristband if I change my plans or can’t attend the event?
No, all sales are final.
Is there parking available near the event venue?
There is plenty of parking throughout White Plains; download the parkwhiteplains app for more info.
Will there be entertainment and activities at Oktoberfest?
Yes, Melina and the Oompahs, a live DJ, entertainment, games, and activities will be at the event. Don’t miss our stein holding, hot dog toss, & other contests!
Is the event Wheelchair & ADA Accessible?
The venue is on a flat street and is navigable for people with mobility disabilities.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome at the event, but please note that space is limited, and the event will be crowded.
Attendees are expected to act responsibly and within the law at the event. Please do not drink and drive.
