May Rock the Block Rescheduled to June

May Rock The Block Rescheduled to June

As you may know, our first Rock the Block Concert originally scheduled for May 21st has been rescheduled to June 25th due to weather concerns.

While we understand the disappointment this change may cause, there’s a silver lining: we will now have two Rock the Block concerts in June! One will take place on June 18th and the other on June 25th, both on Wednesdays. Both events will run from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and will continue to feature the high-energy fun that the community has come to love!

The first June concert on June 18th will feature Tito Puente Jr. as the headliner, with Mansa G. Code opening for him. Then, on June 25th, The Big Takeover will headline the rescheduled event!

The street closure on Mamaroneck Avenue between Maple Avenue to E. Post Road, will create a spacious, car-free area featuring outdoor dining and plenty of activities such as mini-golf, corn hole, crafts for kids, seesaws, and best of all, free live music! Featured activities include a 9-hole mini-golf event sponsored by various local businesses, which you can learn more about during the event.

See the full entertainment lineup here.

We hope to see you all there! Invite your friends, bring the kids, and dance the night away to our summer tunes! If you plan to watch the live performance in the seating area, we suggest bringing your own chair!

Participating restaurants on the block include Brazen Fox, Cantina, Delicias Peruvian Kitchen, Freebird, Hudson Grille, Lazy Boy Saloon, Lilly’s, Ron Blacks, and Sundance Kitchen.
