The White Plains Puerto Rican Cultu ral Foundation is a cultural and educational organization working in cooper ation with the City of White Plains\, the White Plains Recreation and Parks Department\, El Centro Hispano\, and other community-based organizations. The WPPRCF celebrates National Puerto Rican Day in June. This year we will hold our Second Annual White Plains Puerto Rican Flag Raising Event on Satu rday\, June 4th at 12 PM at Renaissance Plaza.  We also plan to co-host a t raveling poster art exhibit with Comité Noviembre\, an organization with an esteemed 35-year history of representing Puerto Rican culture in New York City and the tri-state area. Each poster on the exhibit represents the orig inal artwork of a Puerto Rican artist.
