 the Block brought thousands of residents and visitors to Mamaroneck Avenue 
 for four nights of great food\, live music\, and an unforgettable downtown 
 atmosphere. With restaurants expanding into the street\, families enjoying 
 games and activities\, and the avenue filled with energy\, Rock the Block q
 uickly became one of White Plains’ favorite summer traditions.</p><p style=
