 ction.</p><p><strong>BRASS QUEENS</strong> an all female brass band deeply 
 inspired by the New Orleans tradition.</p><p style="font-weight: 400\;">Las
 t summer\, Rock the Block brought thousands of residents and visitors to Ma
 maroneck Avenue for four nights of great food\, live music\, and an unforge
 ttable downtown atmosphere. With restaurants expanding into the street\, fa
 milies enjoying games and activities\, and the avenue filled with energy\, 
 Rock the Block quickly became one of White Plains’ favorite summer traditio
 ns.</p><p style="font-weight: 400\;">For these special nights\, <strong>Mam
 aroneck Avenue will be closed to cars</strong>\, transforming it into White
  Plains’ premier “Str”eat”ery with expanded outdoor dining\, entertainment\
