Work out after work on White Plains Plaza! Join us every Wednesday from 5:30 - 7pm for an outdoor workout session with a variety of exercises hosted by White Plains fitness establishments. Tickets are $10 and spaces are limited. The first 15 reservations for each class will receive a free yoga mat!

Each workout will start with a 15 minute group stretch by a reflexologist from StretchLab.

 

Classes will be held outside while socially distant.

July 28: CrossFit by Westchester Fit
Westchester Fit’s traditional group training workouts focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Minimum age for this class is 18.

 

August 4: HIIT by Phatburn
Phatburn workouts help burn fat and tone muscle faster than any traditional cardio workout. Their high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts push you to get a little better every day, and the best part about it, is you will have fun doing it and get in the best shape of your life in record time. Minimum age for this class is 16.

 

August 11: Pure Barre (rescheduled from 7/14)
Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective way to change your body. Throughout class you will be guided through a series of high intensity, low impact exercises designed to lift your seat, tone your thighs and sculpt your abs. Their method focuses on small, isometric movements that utilize your own body weight to deliver results quickly. No barre? No problem! We are going to sweat it out on the mat! Minimum age for this class is 16.

 

August 18: Yoga by Sylvia Samilton-Baker (rescheduled from 7/21)
Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous and dynamic style of yoga focusing on harmonizing your breathing with your movement. Standing positions are emphasized. Minimum age for this class is 12.
